IPB upgrade to 3.0.4 parachat error message

[#1090] The chat room has not been properly setup by the administrator (the chat room account number has not been supplied).

The chat room number is there in the settings, not sure why we are getting this error. We are stuck with the error message and members are getting upset. Please help with any suggestions, thank you.
