Hi Parachat.com,
One of the chatters who frequents my chat room has come across a hacker-type program that he now uses to boot other chatters from my Parachat Professional chat room. He booted three of my chat room users right in front of me. And, there was no way for me to stop him from booting out those persons. The booter program that he's using is one of the many such hacker programs that can be found on www.booterworld.com.
To make matters even worse, I can't ban this hacker from my chat room. He knows how to change his IP address at will. Indeed, he uses ANOTHER hacker-type program to randomize his IP address with every login to the chat room. I've suspended his username -- but he just uses a different username. I've banned innumerable IPs addresses that he's used -- but he always comes up with a new IP address.
So, what can I (or you folks at Parachat) do to stop this guy from causing this chaos in my Parachat Professional chat room? What is Parachat Pro's defense against these chat boot programs that allow chatters to boot out other chatters? And how can I permanently ban someone who constantly switches his IP address?

The person who is doing the "booting" with the "booting program" is actually logged into your chat room multiple times. They then give the impression to everyone in the room that they have some secret program. However, the effected users are all connected from the same IP address -- they are the same user.
In the text of your transcript, it says that one user counts down and then boots another user. But it is not a boot -- they are the same user. User 2 is simply logging out of the chat room, and user 1 is claiming that they booted them with a secret program. It is a hoax.
You may wish to block the Class C or Class B range of both of these IP addresses, and submit an abuse claim with the user's ISP in an effort to have this user suspended from their service.

Thank goodness it's just a hoax, a chatter just pretending to be kicking out other chatters. Thanks for the great info, Parachat!
As you've suggested, I've banned the Class C range of IP addresses that the hoaxer has been using. Hopefully, that will make it hard from him to enter my chat room and cause more grief. I've gone a step further and send an abuse incident report to the hoaxer's ISP in the hopes of getting his Interent access suspended.
